Frank Anderson lives and works in British Columbia, Canada. In addition to writing, Frank engages in life with many activities that he enjoys.
These include backcountry hiking, kayaking, climbing, running, wine tasting, reading and watching sunrises and sunsets. He is also an avid hockey fan.
He has competed in seven marathons and over 30 half marathons, Backcountry hiking is a passion he has had his entire adult life. Some of his favourite multi day hikes have been the Berg Lake trail (Mt Robson), the West Coast trail and the Grand Canyon.
He has five adult children who all live in BC and enjoy many of these activities with him.
